"Walking the Earth" -Tokyo's 23 Wards 2018-2025-
 [About the existence of Tokyo's 23 wards]
 Since 2018, he has made it a priority to walk around Tokyo's 23 wards, taking photographs wherever he stops.
 Before I knew it, I had left the streetscape in front of the station where I had gotten off, and I continued walking, drawn by the topography and atmosphere of the place, regardless of the size of the streets or the divisions shown on the map.
 It became an attempt to get closer to the "instincts" that humans inherently possess.

 [Afterword]
 A few years after I started taking photographs seriously, I started a project to take pictures of the cityscapes of the 23 wards of Tokyo. Gradually, I started taking pictures at random places where my gaze reacted and I stopped to take pictures.
 It is more like "harvesting" something, just like fruit ripening.
 It seems that the place where I, the "human being," stop is not among the glittering, reflective skyscrapers, but along naturally created mazes and slightly random roads, in front of the greenery of plants that resonate with "humans," along streets that are like animal trails, and in front of traces of buildings that have been repeatedly expanded, renovated, and remodeled by the human community.
 We walk through a sort of prototype of a city that was born over the years from the natural activities of the original owners of the land (humans), and that has brought about harmony with nature.
 At that moment, I seemed to recall the experience of catching something invisible, as if by chance.
 Perhaps this was a dialogue with the earth.
